Meet Montel

Montel’s vast experiences gained from working in a variety of industries have equipped him with useful tools and clarity over what makes an individual successful when applying and preparing for the working world.

Having worked as Head of Year 12, Montel gained insight into the challenges young people face when considering life’s next steps. Ages 15-19 are crucial, marked by significant decisions that shape futures. Therefore, at Pathway Pioneers, the organisation is committed to supporting students who are navigating these turbulent times.

Following his time in schools, Montel began to apply his BA and MSc in Psychology and worked assisting Clinical Psychologists. Noticing the profound struggles faced by neurodivergent students, Montel then dedicated his career to helping individuals with Autism and ADHD thrive when applying for careers in various industries. Montel is committed to equipping students with the essential skills they need to confidently enter the working world.

Additionally, Montel’s most recent experience in a high-pressure corporate environment has shown him that potentially successful candidates lack the holistic experiences that will shortlist them for their desired roles. Through Pathway Pioneers, Montel aims to inspire and empower students, helping them navigate their futures with confidence and clarity. Every student deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and Pathway Pioneers is dedicated to providing the guidance and support to make this possible.
